Pregnancy and Parenting Coaching
At MindfulBirthNY we are all about community and not leaving parents alone with the tough and vitally important work of birth and parenting. We do all we can to facilitate strong community with our many parenting groups, listening partner projects, and special clinics. But there can be a huge benefit to one-on-one support with a birth professional or parenting expert to help you navigate both the practical side of life with kids and – just as importantly – the emotional challenges we can sometimes feel alone with as parents.
Our passionate and committed team of coaches is made up of experienced counselors and parent group leaders.
Single sessions or series available. Please email us for rates and scheduling. Discounted rate for families that have enrolled in MindfulBirthNY birth or parenting classes.
